Taking into account the Act of 20 December 2020 containing various temporary and structural provisions relating to justice within the framework of the fight against the spread of the coronavirus COVID-19, B.S. 24 December 2020, and in accordance with Articles 27 and 28 of the Articles of Association, the Board of Directors once again invites the members of the Royal Union of Belgian Radio Amateurs, a non-profit association, to participate in the annual statutory general meeting of the association by videoconference that will take place on Saturday 8 May 2021 at 10.00 a.m. sharp. Reception from 9 a.m. onwards.
Participation requires prior registration. Please send an email to the President (president@uba.be) before 1 May. Each incoming request for participation will be confirmed by mail.
