The Contest Club Belgium – CCB is a specially established amateur radio club dedicated to pursuing operational and technical excellence. Our objectives are simple:

- To promote the enjoyment, satisfaction, and exciting competition of radio contests in a friendly atmosphere,
- To support our members in developing their operational and technical skills, with a particular focus on newly licensed individuals and youth,
- To participate in the club competition of major amateur radio contests,
- To exchange ideas and organize meetings.

The CCB was founded in October 2020 as a pro forma group during a meeting of the UBA HF Committee, without specific organization or regulations. It was thus an openly accessible group. The idea behind it was also to ensure that the good results of Belgian participants in a contest would not be lost in the club rankings (e.g., by donating these points to foreign clubs). Now, after nearly 5 years of "trial runs," the first official meeting of the Contest Club Belgium was held on June 9, 2025, at the contest site at Fort Lier. There were 23 physical attendees and about 6 via Google Meet video link. Contest Club Belgium was officially established, supported by the following:

Manifesto of the Contest Club Belgium (CCB).

The main goal of the CCB is to promote fair radio sport activity (contesting) at both national and international levels. The objectives include participation in the Club Competition in the major contests. In this context, members are asked to mention Contest Club Belgium (FULL NAME) in the appropriate field of their submitted Cabrillo log. All amateur radio operators with a valid license and members of the UBA can join the CCB. (Membership in the UBA is a matter of insurance.) The contribution to the CCB is €10 annually. The assignment of the membership number occurs after filling out the specific form . The CCB supports and promotes ethics and ham spirit. It endorses the “Contest Code of Ethics.” Participation in the CCB and the use of the Club name when submitting the logbook is subject to strict compliance with the “Contest Code of Ethics” (see above) and the rules of the contest in which you participate. If a CCB member is disqualified by the contest committees of a contest, this disqualification may lead to a suspension of up to 1 year. The CCB unconditionally accepts the decisions of the contest committees. All data submitted via the form (name, callsign, surname, and email address) will be processed in accordance with the provisions of the GDPR (see EU Regulation 2016/679 and subsequent amendments). The collected data will not be used for commercial purposes. The use of the CCB logo and name is free for members to promote the club itself. The use of the Club logo and name for commercial and/or profit-making purposes is not permitted.
