The UBA Matrix Service provides access to a platform where it is possible to communicate, discuss and collaborate on projects with other radio amateurs in Belgium and worldwide. It is a kind of forum where you can chat, exchange files, make phone calls with or without video and share your screen with your correspondent. Typical uses of the Matrix service between UBA members are:
- organising the local section,
- discussions on ham radio topics with amateurs from your own or other sections,
- tool for organising activities or events.
The UBA matrix server is part of the federated matrix network, based on open standards and open-source software. The UBA matrix server is self-managed by the UBA.
Any UBA member can access the UBA Matrix platform by logging in and completing the affiliation form. You will then receive by e-mail all the information you need to join the UBA Matrix service. Of course, you will receive the necessary explanations to quickly familiarise yourself with the new Matrix interface.
