The ON classification is an organisation of UBA.

It is a regularity-criterion of ARDF and fox-O-ring events organised by UBA chapters. These events are announced in the ARDF calendar on the UBA website. All events are arranged in accordance with the ARDF Rules (IARU Region 1 Rules). The organiser has the right to deviate from the official rules provided they are clearly communicated to all participants.

For each event, participants will be awarded points depending on the place achieved:

    1 = 30 points
    2 = 25 points
    3 = 22 points
    4 = 20 points
    5 = 18 points
    6 = 16 points
    7 = 14 points
    8 = 12 points
    9 = 10 points
    from 10th place = 9 points
    except for time overrun = 5 points
    amateurs = 9 points
    organisers (maximum 2) = 20 points
    helpers (maximum 5) = 9 points

The final result for each competitor is the sum of all points obtained, regardless of the number of participations. In case of an equal number of points, the number of first places, if necessary the number of second places, etc., will be taken into account.

To be included in the final result, it is sufficient to participate in 3 races. If timekeeping is done with electronic registration, only participants with the registration system will participate in the ranking. All others will receive 9 points by default.

Separate rankings will be made for the age classes as provided in the international ARDF rules (IARU Region 1 ARDF-rules). The organiser is free to deviate from the separate age classes and rank all participants in one list. If a separate ranking is made it will be according to the table below:

    W19: ladies (< 19 years of age)
    W21: ladies (regardless of age)
    W35: ladies (> 35 years)
    W50: ladies (> 50 years)
    W60: ladies (> 60 years)
    M19: men (< 19 years of age)
    M21: men (of any age)
    M40: men (> 40 years)
    M50: men (> 50 years)
    M60: gents (> 60 years)
    M70: gents (> 70 years)

(Table comforming to IARU Region 1 ARDF rules).
